Maintenance Fees -
MONTHLY MAINTENANCE PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE THE 10TH OF EACH MONTH.
IF YOUR MAINTENANCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AFTER THE 10TH OF THE MONTH, THE ASSOCIATION IS ENTITLED TO CHARGE 10% PER ANNUM.
